Today’s 8.25 mike walk starting from Middleton by Youlgreave and going through Grattan Dale and Long Dale. The walk started cool and dry with a couple of very light showers and finished in sunshine and 25 C. Thanks to Brian for leading and to Raman for the photos
We are a local group of The Ramblers,
based in south-east Derbyshire, established in 1981. We organise group walks in the
local area and beyond, lead by experienced walk leaders. We are a friendly bunch of like minded
people who enjoy the many benefits of walking in the open air. Our Footpath Secretary and Wardens work diligently to monitor and do minor cutting back on footpaths to help maintain Rights of Way in the Erewash area.
